The huge majority of products that we promote on this web site are only available by electronic download.

That means you will be given full access to a private members page, your login details is given to you after you make your purchase and this information will be sent to you via email as well.

You might need to look in your spam folder in case any login details have been sent there.

Physically Shipped Orders
If you purchase a product that is to be shipped by means of postal mail, then they will be sent using the following delivery service providers …

USPS Media Mail
USPS First Class Mail International

Residential (UNITED STATES Only).

The shipping times in the U.S.A. are: Up to 2 business days for order processing As much as. 10 business days for delivery via USPS Media Mail.

The delivery times Globally are: As much as 2 business days for order handling. Up to 15 business days for distribution via USPS First Class Mail International.

Reimbursements.
Full reimbursements on physical product purchases will be issued when an order is returned. Returns need to be sent out to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. Please keep in mind that the consumer will bear return delivery expenses.

Digital product refunds can be made by emailing customer assistance with your clickbank receipt.

Physical Product Terminations.
We recognize that in some cases things change so we have a 24 hr ‘cooling off’ period where clients can cancel their physical product orders and also be refunded IMMEDIATELY. To do this you can go to: https://www.clkbank.com/#!/.

Tracking My Parcel.
When your purchase has been submitted and despatched, Vervante (our publisher and fulfilment business) will send you a tracking web link for your order. This will be sent to the email you submitted for joining within 3 organisation days.
